Blink, and there’s already ten new openings, three chef collaborations, and a menu launch everyone suddenly seems to be talking about. Well, if the weather app is anything to go by, the rain gods might finally be blessing the Capital soon. So if you’re in the mood to book a table, here’s where to go.
Olive Garden

The cult-favourite American-Italian restaurant chain Olive Garden has officially entered India with its first outlet at Worldmark, Aerocity in New Delhi. Bringing its signature family-style dining experience to the Capital, the restaurant will serve a localised menu combined with Olive Garden’s classic favourites, including Chicken Alfredo, Lasagna Classico, Chicken Parmigiana, and the popular Tour of Italy platter. Every entrée comes paired with the brand’s famous unlimited soup or salad and freshly baked breadsticks, alongside a wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian offerings tailored for Indian diners.
Haute Patisserie at The Imperial

The Imperial has launched Haute Patisserie, a new extension of its culinary legacy that draws inspiration from Europe’s storied pastry traditions, from the theatrical elegance of Parisian Opéra cakes to the ceremonial finesse of Viennese Hofkultur. You can expect delicacies like the Imperial Fruit Cake, classic Sacher, Black Forest, Mango & Coconut, Gluten-Free Orange & Chocolate, alongside inclusive eggless and vegan options.
Pour Over Coffee Roasters

At Pour Over Coffee Roasters’s revamped Khan Market outpost, you’ll find a consciously sourced coffee program, globally inspired comfort food like the Red Eye salsa, and an inventive cocktail menu at their AM-to-PM bar. The refreshed space brings together breakfast favourites like Shokupan French Toast and Mediterranean Shakshouka, hearty mains including Rosemary Lamb Chops and Truffle Tofu Steak, alongside signature cocktails such as Sprig & Giggle, Moo & Brew, and Stem & Stone. Basically, drop by any time of the day and you won’t be disappointed.

Latoyá’s new Summer menu, inspired by the tropical spirit of the Caribbean coastline brings together bold island flavours, smoky cooking techniques, and reimagines island-inspired dining. The menu opens with the refreshing Seabass, Kokum & Melon Ceviche, and Mango, Avocado & Cucumber Salad for a vibrant summer plate. Adding depth to it are the Jackfruit Barbacoa Tacos, Chicken A La Brasa, a Peruvian-style grilled chicken served with fragrant lime rice. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, don’t miss the Alphonso Tres Leches.
Manam Chocolate

With ‘A Summer Somewhere’, running from May 15 to July 15, Manam Chocolate taps into that peak summer produce and nostalgic flavour memories. The collection moves through ice cream sandwiches, soft serves, beverages like Kokum Iced Chocolate and Mango Jasmine Iced Chocolate, and a dessert spread featuring Mango Custard Tart, Mango Summer Sundaes and Mango Tres Leches, capturing the feeling of travelling through summers remembered and imagined alike.
QLA

Led by Chef Dipender Tiwari, QLA’s Summer Menu 2026 draws from Japanese, Mediterranean, Korean, and Latin American influences. It moves through layered summer ingredients like Alphonso mangoes, lychee, peaches, melon, pineapple, and summer chillies across crudos, robata grills, and desserts. Some standout dishes are Himachi + Pineapple Crudo with pineapple citrus sauce and chipotle dust, the Gochujang Aubergine Steak with mojo rojo and goat’s curd, and Charcoal Lobster paired with cashew curry sauce and Thai crepes. Complementing the experience is a cocktail programme by Mr. Ganesh, designed around structured pairings.

An ode to Summer, Foodstories has launched a curated mango season showcase across its stores, celebrating India’s regional mango diversity through an immersive retail and café-led experience. The showcase features 22+ mango varieties including Devgad Alphonso, Imam Pasand, Kesar and more. Alongside the retail experience, the Foodstories Café has also introduced a limited-edition seasonal mango menu with dishes like Mango Sticky Rice Pudding, Alphonso Amras, Raw Mango Salsa and Mango & Habanero Guacamole.
