This year, at Apple’s annual event Time Flies, CEO Tim Cook unveiled exciting watches, iPads, subscription services and software updates, but not a new iPhone.
Apple Watch Series 6
The first product Tim Cook launched at the event was the new Apple Watch Series 6, underpinned with the mantra of “The future of health is on your wrist.” The new model is a perfect health monitoring device, which comes with a sensor to measure your blood oxygen levels in just 15 seconds, whether you’re sleeping or hiking up a trail. Series 6 with a 2.5x brighter display has seven watch faces, including GMT time zones, classic typographs, chronograph and memoji.

Series 6 comes with a buckle-less Solo Loop made of stretchable silicone fibres in seven distinct colours and sizes. The watch case, too, has newer hues of blue aluminium, graphite, gold stainless steel and a trademark Product Red.

iPad Air
Next up was the launch of iPad. With a bigger 10.9 inch Liquid Retina Display, the new iPad Air resembles the design vocab of iPad Pro. What’s more exciting is that it will be available in five different shades.

Powered with Apple’s latest A14 Bionic chipset, iPad Air works in sync with the Magic keyboard as well. As for the camera, it has a 12MP rear and a front-facing 7MP.

Fitness+
The company’s all new premium subscription package Fitness+ offers ten types of workouts, from cycling and dance to core and yoga. And new workout routines will be added every week on the app. The best thing about Fitness+ is that it works seamlessly on iPads, iPhones and Apple TV, whereas the Apple watch will help track your progress and metrics like heart rate and calories burned.
The subscription costs around $9.99 for a month and $79.99 for a full year.
