A 999 cc inline 4-cylinder liquid-cooled engine generates maximum power of 165 bhp at 11,000 rpm. With a peak torque of 115 Nm at 9,250 rpm, the bike can sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds achieving a top speed of 250 km/h.
The motorcycle is available in three variants- Standard, Pro, and Pro M Sport. The standard model of the S1000R bike will be available at Rs 17.9 lakh while the Pro variant and Pro M Sport will cost Rs 19.75 lakh and Rs 22.50 lakh respectively.
