Available to patrons until February 5, the menu is filled with classics like prawns in black bean sauce, seafood and spinach dumpling, stir-fried sliced chicken and chilli oil, Gansu lamb loin, and udon noodles. Sweet endings like a deconstructed Tub Tim Krob, kaffir lime sorbet, and a signature dessert called Chocolate Texture are part of the extensive menu. For the main course, order specialties like steamed Snapper, Chilli Hoisin Tiger Prawns, dan dan noodles and Cantonese noodles ending with Mandarin Darsaan, aka Crispy Honey Noodles.

Highlighting China’s varied cuisine, KOKO introduces specials such as King chilli tuna maki, Fortune scallion chilli chicken dumpling, Black pepper lamb chop, spicy Sichuan numbing prawns to ring in the Year of the Tiger. Try their brilliant cocktails, Gong Hei Fat Choy and Ping Ping Ngon Ngon of which the former is decorated with the face of the tiger, and shaken with gin, pomegranate molasses, rose water and lemon. While the latter is made with gari brine, ginger, lacto-fermented grapefruit liqueur, and Foo brew (rice beer). The menu is available from February 1-28 at KOKO’s outlet in Kamala Mills.
