It’s been a week of fashion extravaganza with the FDCI India Couture Week being held in New Delhi. A new mushroom-shaped ring by Kerala designers featuring a jaw-dropping 24,000 diamonds became the ring with the most diamonds used, and cryptocurrency investors and brothers, Giovanni and Piero Buono recently bought the world’s most expensive bottle of Champagne for $2.5 million. Championing inclusivity and gender-neutral sizing in fashion styles, performance gear, footwear, and accessories. The collection brings together natural and supernatural inspiration featuring striking swimwear and modern silhouettes created to suit every body type. A vibrant colour palette that features shades of, quartz (off white), pyrite (silver), lapis lazuli (shock cyan), hawk’s eye (khaki) and jasper (solar yellow), is paired with mystical crystal and floral-inspired prints.

Completing 15 glorious years, The India Couture Week kick-started on 22 July with Tarun Tahiliani’s opening show The Painterly Dream, followed by some of the biggest names in the India Couture industry Rahul Mishra, JJ Valaya, Suneet Varma, Varun Bahl and more. Couturiers brought to the runway exquisite couture that define the modern bride and groom; ethereal colour palettes that celebrate hues of red and orange to pastel tones that define new trends; and contemporary silhouette mixed with Indian embroidery. A new Guiness book world record was made this week by Kerala-based, Swa diamonds. Bringing to life a new mushroom ring that features over 20 thousand diamonds, this ring has broken the Guiness World Records for the most number of diamonds set in one ring. With a total of 24,679 diamonds used, it surpasses the previous record of The Marigold Ring that had a total of 12,638 diamonds.
Rihanna announces Fenty hair 

If the luxury news was to be believed, after Rihanna became the youngest self-made woman billionaire in the US rumours have it that the celebrity has now made an investment into hair care. Making it the newest addition to Riri’s expansive portfolio, her company, Roraj Trade, LLC, filed two applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for Fenty Hair on July 15. According to the source, the Fenty Hair will range will have hair accessories and a haircare line that will offer products ranging from hair preparation, shampoo and hair colouring to straightening tools, waving stylers, hair relaxing products and even hair glitter.
World’s most expensive bottle of Champagne bought for $2.5 million

Italian brothers and Cryptocurrency investors, Giovanni and Piero Buono recently bought the world’s most expensive bottle of Champagne for $2.5 million. Along with the blend of premier cru grapes, the bottle comes decorated with five drawings by Mig, the artist behind the Bored Ape Yacht Club and Sneaky Vampire Syndicate’s artwork. The champagne was made from Premier Cru grapes, a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay, grown at the Allouchery-Deguerne estate in the Champagne region of France. But what makes the bottle unique is it is printed with five NFTs, and the purchase includes a transfer of the digital ownership.
