Goa’s newest addresses for stay, sip & supper

Name one person who doesn’t immediately start planning a Goa trip the second someone mentions it. I’ll wait. And honestly, can we blame them? Goa has mastered the art of rewarding you with a different vibe on every visit. With what feels like 50 new openings every month, there’s always a new stay to check into, a new table to book and somehow, something you’ll still miss – even if you’re there for an entire month.

Lately, Goa’s hospitality scene has levelled up, and how. Here’s your ultimate cool guide to where to stay, eat and unwind on your next Goa escape.

Where to stay-

The Ten, Siolim

The Ten is North Goa’s newest all-suite luxury boutique resort tucked away off Siolim’s main road where the village quietly melts into the forest. Designed by architect Rita Mody Joshi, The Ten brings together the warmth of a private home with the service of a world-class resort. The property houses ten luxury suites spread across twenty-five bedrooms, allowing you to either book individual suites or take over the estate as is. Walk in, and you’re greeted by laterite walls, warm wood, lime plaster, natural stone and rattan that feels rooted in Goa without relying on the clichés.

Overlooking lush paddy fields, the expansive garden setting shifts the focus away from the bar and onto slow, unhurried afternoons with a thoughtfully curated selection of wines. The venue is also delightfully pet-friendly, with sprawling lawns, water bowls and plenty of room for furry companions to roam, making it the kind of place where conversations linger, glasses stay full and nobody feels the need to rush.

Jolene by the Sea’s new menu

This season, the Anjuna restaurant overlooking the Arabian Sea introduces a new menu that creates a dialogue between places travelled and the coast it calls home. Inspired by culinary memories from Madrid, Bangkok, Alleppey, Coorg and beyond, each dish carries traces of its origins while being shaped by Goa’s landscape, ingredients and susegad spirit. At the centre of this culinary journey is Chef’s Special Coastal Susegad Vibes, a section that celebrates Goa’s philosophy of slow living through the lens of Executive Chef Mrunal. From the earthy Jungle Juice Infused Mushroom Chilli with Poi and Cashew and Potato Chilli Croquettes with tamarind chilli dip to the Sexy Squids Frits with Aldona Chilli Mayo, Peri-Peri Jumbo Prawns with Kokum Butter and the comforting Mama’s Love native chicken preparation with coastal bread, the menu captures the essence of a Goa that is rooted, and constantly evolving.
