Inside Tierra Viva, Lamborghini’s first real estate project in Spain

The automobile industry has long stepped out of its comfort zone of designing cars. Now, it’s all about unique collaborations with different sectors, like that between Lamborghini and luxury real estate company Dar Global.
Lamborghini collaborated with the real estate giant to design Tierra Viva, an exclusive complex in Spain’s Costa del Sol region. The project comprises 53 lavishly designed villas set within the ultra-exclusive area of Benahavis.
“This is a strategic collaboration driven by shared values of excellence, quality, and innovation,” says Stephan Winkelmann, chairman and CEO of Lamborghini, in a press statement. “Dar Global’s experience in creating luxury properties in combination with Lamborghini’s design philosophy has led to this stunning achievement.”
Providing privacy and security, the elite neighbourhood is located within the gated community of Los Jararillos, which has two gatehouses and 24/7 premium security. It is home to a collection of distinct large homes with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. This architectural jewel, designed by Lamborghini itself, is inspired by the brand’s classic sports cars.
The complex will be divided into three different categories, Esmeralda, a four-bedroom home, Zafiro, a five-bedroom home and Diamanta, a six-bedroom. The villas are located at different heights each having direct vehicle access, swimming pools, multiple patios, and lush gardens. Lastly, the villas are furnished with polished marble flooring, beautiful leather, and glass accents, all of which are signature Lamborghini details.
While Lamborghini already launched its Dubai residences in 2021, this is the brand’s first residential project in Europe. The gated community in Spain is a highly anticipated project that is expected to be finished between 2026 and 2027.
