Jimmy Choo and Timberland collaborate for a new, bold collection of shoes

Luxury shoe brand Jimmy Choo has collaborated with Timberland for a special collection, which launches today.
The iconic Timberland six-inch boots have been given a glamorous update in true Jimmy Choo style.

For men and women, the collection includes six-inch Premium Wheat Swarovski Crystal Collar, six-inch Premium Wheat Gold Glitter and a six-inch Premium Black Glitter.
A limited-edition six-inch premium wheat boot with all-over crystal embellishments will be available next week on Jimmy Choo’s website.
Jennifer Lopez sported the six-inch Premium Wheat Boots with the Swarovski Crystal Collar (then yet to be launched) way back in February 2020 when she attended the Super Bowl Sunday with Fat Joe.

The other shoes from the collection are available at Kith’s SoHo and Los Angeles stores as well as on their website, which delivers to India.
Yahoo reported that the brands are also making an initiative to be sustainable. For every Jimmy Choo x Timberland pair of boots sold, Timberland will plant a tree. Timberland is consciously committed to planting 50 million trees in the next five years.
The collaboration launch also coincides with the announcement of Jimmy Choo’s new CEO. Capri Holdings, Jimmy Choo’s parent company, announced that Hannah Colman will be taking over as Chief Executive Officer of the luxury shoe brand.
Colman has been a part of the brand for a long time. She was one of the company’s earliest employees and joined as the Store Manager of the brand’s London boutique on Motcomb Street. Over the last 24 years, she has worked her way up to serve in top management positions, most recently President EMEA and Global E-commerce. Currently she has been serving as Interim CEO.
