It’s official, your heart throbs, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have sold their waterfront Miami mansion for $15 million to a buyer on Sotheby’s. While the property was listed in the market for seven months, the musician and the Game of Thrones actor bought the Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired home in September 2021 for $11 million.

Located in one of the most exclusive and gated areas of Miami, Bay Point, the 10,414-square-foot residence is a waterfront mansion that resembles a tropical paradise. And while the waterfront views might be the main attraction, its interiors are just as impressive. In fact, the couple even hired designer Sarah Ivory to give this 1980 home a retro-meets-resort flair.

With a stacked stone fireplace and low-slung furniture, this spacious living room gives the essence of yesteryear but with modern influence. Adding a musical edge to the space is a piano. The dining room is a stark change from the soothing vibe of the home. An aqua green botanical wallpaper illuminates the wall behind the marble circular dining table, and parrot green chairs with white upholstery complete the experience.
