In his debut collection for Burberry, Daniel Lee set out his intentions for the brand. Taking inspiration from the label’s foundation in functionality & Britishness, checks & gabardine were abundant with most of the pieces being made in Castleford in Yorkshire.

Julien MacDonald staged a sensational comeback at the London Fashion Week on Sunday evening, with a show full of the kind of red carpet attire he was loved for in the early 1990s. In the intervening period, he’s been working with couture clients which include Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian, as well as his collections for QVC and Freeman’s.
The front row at his show had some influential people like Gemma Collins, DJ Fat Tony, and Bruno Tonioni to witness the collection which had a 90’s thread run through it as well: draping, cutaway sections, statement shoulders and all of it embellished with glitter & sparkles. The highlight of the show was the knitwear woven with beads & sequin.

Through an immersive live event at Kensington Olympia, Moncler unveiled it’s The Art Of Genius 2023 collection. Featuring over 9 installations which included a performance by Alicia Keys, a collaboration between Addidas, Mercedes Benz and Rick Owens, the show had an audience of over 10,000 attendees. Most of the outfits from the show are stunning.

Rixo has always been known for good party dresses, so the expectations were high – and they didn’t disappoint at all. There were metallic geometric prints, sequin embellished embroidery, and one asymmetric gold gown that looked perfect for a Bond girl. Henrietta Rix and Orlagh McCloskey know exactly how & what to deliver to their royal army of fans. It was indeed a visual delight to experience the show.

The proclivity for charming fits has ruled and the latest Rocky Star show is proof enough as Manushi Chhillar made her runway debut at the London Fashion Week show. The Miss World 2017 is a woman of many talents and her well-extended portfolio speaks for itself. Manushi Chhillar took over the ramp in an all-black fit that came with a peplum-inspired style. Her petite frame was beautifully highlighted in the body-grazing number that featured elite sheer detailing, thereby showcasing her plunging bralette. Rocky Star brought back a revamped version of power-shoulders with a lifted shoulder style. Known for his fusion of tradition and modern silhouettes, Rocky Star blends Indian heritage crafts and textures with luxuriant embroideries. He has designed for multiple celebrities such as Beyoncé Knowles, Paris Hilton and Pussycat Dolls.

A natural theme ran through S.S.Daley’s AW23 collection, with a glimpse of a sailor through time seen in fishermen sweaters, cargo pants with lieutenant pockets and a complete flag-inspired dress took the entire limelight at the show. The entire ready-to-wear collection caught a lot of attention & was also the talk of the town.
