LuxeBook Spotlight: Best‑Dressed at Wimbledon 2025

This year at SW19, the real spectacle wasn’t just the tennis (or Jannik Sinner’s first serves), it was the masterclass in ace-level ascendancy playing out in the stands, whispering soft tailoring, heirloom jewels, and the kind of effortlessness that money can’t buy. From Hannah Waddingham and Priyanka Chopra twinning in halter silhouettes with contrasting hues (tie break: same font, different colour) to a parade of gingham worn best by both Olivia Rodrigo and the best of Janhvi Kapoor alike, Wimbledon 2025 was proof that the fashion rally is alive and thriving.

Forget strawberries and cream, the real indulgence was in the wristwear (not tennis bracelets ironically): whites, and timeless accents. From playful polka dots to razor-sharp pinstripes and co-ord capris, the lawns of SW19 really saw a flawless rally between classic and contemporary. Soft glam that really took over; this wasn’t just sport — it was stealth-wealth summer, crisply completed. No ‘back-handed’ compliments- oh that’s for sure!

Spotted: Sonam Kapoor turning the Wimbledon Men’s Final into her own fashion runway. Draped in a cream pinstriped Ralph Lauren suit, she effortlessly blended timeless tailoring with playful charm. Her feet? Vintage Manolo Blahnikheels reworked for the occasion, straight from sartorial heaven. Adorning her were dazzling jewels by Jessica McCormack, while the pièce de résistance came in the form of whimsical, heirloom-worthy brooches: a tennis racquet and a strawberry-sourced from Sonam’s own treasure trove.

Olivia Rodrigo

Time-travelling to the early 2000s, this singer dipped into Ralph Lauren’s archives to unearth a red gingham Spring dress- nostalgic, nipped-in, and entirely Wimbledon-appropriate (yes, the strawberries definitely blushed). She styled it with a matching red suede Ralph Lauren bag, Karen Wazen sunglasses, and the kind of youthful nonchalance that screams retro, but reads relevant. Serve, set, match.

On the other hand, Olivia Dean stepped out in the colour of the season: a butter yellow AYM Studio dress radiating optimism. Paired with Daisy London earrings, a crisp Jimmy Choo bag, and white slingback heels, she embodied summer just right.

If Wimbledon had a uniform, Charithra Chandran just cracked the code. Her bottle green (so London)-and-white cashmere sweater vest and tailored leather shorts combo was just collegiate cool, part Wimbledon homage, and all the way chic. Call it varsity with a VIP seat.

Glen Powell

Glen Powell brought his signature rom-com charm to Centre Court in a relaxed yet razor-sharp Brunello Cucinelli look. His deconstructed blazer and leisure-fit trousers whispers alpha so much so that even when rain threatened the mood, Glen’s ensemble (and spiky hair) was a ray of sunshine.

Andrew Garfield

Andrew Garfield went full Ralph-on-Ralph: tailored, tonal, and timeless. He later also added a casual baseball cap mid-match, proving that even in the most polished looks, a little laid-back layering never hurts.

Janhvi Kapoor

Janhvi Kapoor, wore a blue-and-white gingham Miu Miu dress, embroidered with delicate florals and a black belt cinched the waist just right. Red strappy heels added the perfect splash of contrast, topped off with oversized sunglasses, her look balanced retro charm with Gen Z polish- Centre Court met Capri.

Amy Jackson

Amy Jackson kept it sleek and sporty in a crisp polo skirt and tee, layered with a tailored blazer for that polished courtside effect. Pumps, a dainty handbag, and a slicked-back bun sealed the deal: modern prep at its most camera-ready.

Known for their fearless and playful approach to fashion, both mother and daughter brought a contemporary edge to the classic Wimbledon white theme. Masaba opted for a sharply tailored white ensemble featuring a sporty blazer, while her mother Neena looked fresh and radiant in a white saree adorned with delicate rose prints (a subtle nod to distant strawberries) and a shimmering green border. The saree was paired with a white halter-neck blouse accented by a golden brooch, creating a look nothing short of stunning.

For the outing, Neena styled her hair in a sleek, center-parted bun and topped the look with chic sunglasses, adding a modern flair. The classic drape struck the perfect balance between comfort and style, ideal for long hours spent outdoors.

Her look was minimal yet impactful, perfectly blending boldness with elegance. Masaba accessorised with sleek white sneakers and statement hoop earrings, keeping her makeup fresh and natural to let the outfit shine on its own.

At Wimbledon 2025, the mother-daughter duo proved once again that they are not just family but fashion icons in their own right.
