When the going gets tough, the tough gets going…

2020 has been a difficult year for everyone. While some crumbled under the pressure of economic and health crises, others fought back. LuxeBook’s Top 100 listees of 2020 are these brave men and women who did everything possible to survive, sustain and succeed. They embraced digitisation, modified their business models, and, in some cases, even changed their product offerings. Designers made masks, automobile companies provided at-home vehicle servicing, luxury hotels started food deliveries and jewellers sold their collections over video calls.

Companies led by these leaders also contributed to the fight against COVID-19. Some donated masks to frontline workers, others distributed meals to migrant workers and a few others converted their spaces into COVID-19 care and quarantine centres. LuxeBook salutes this spirit of enterprise, innovation, resilience and, above all, empathy.
