Aman Resorts, known for their opulent and extravagant sanctuaries all around the world, has forayed into fashion with its first-ever fashion line. Titled, The Essentials by Aman, the fashion line comes after the hospitality brand’s involvement with scented candles and fragrances.

Clean lines, subtle prints and no-fuss tailoring is the best way to describe this collection. The colour palette of the collection is reminiscent of the famed Aman locations. Warm terracotta shades capture the vibrancy of Amanjena, Morocco; sea blue and deep green celebrate the azure seas and olive groves of Amanzoe, Greece while the warm yellow is reminiscent of the desert landscapes of Amangiri, USA.

The collection includes activewear, loungewear, knitwear, swimwear and resort wear as well as soft accessories—each piece featuring a bi-colour panelling, heat-sealed raw edges, zip-pockets with sun and chlorine resistance. The delicate fabrics sourced from Italy and exceptional craftsmanship amalgamate to create a fashion line that runs high on quality.

The collection features training leggings, tops and shorts alongside sports bras featuring motifs derived from the A of the Aman logo. It also includes men and women’s knitwear and loungewear in Japanese cotton. Furthermore, options for ladies include button-down blouses, silk shirt dresses, swimwear, as well as wrap dresses and palazzo trousers. For men, there are also knitted cotton polo shirts, linen trousers, and monogrammed swim trunks.

A particular highlight of The Essentials is the Amanpuri Heritage Blanket, inspired by Aman’s flagship resort in Phuket. Other non-apparel items include skincare products, fragrances, spa candles and more. In the future, The Essentials will also introduce leather accessories and fine jewellery.
