The Milan Men’s Fall/Winter Fashion Week has kickstarted the fashion season for 2024 and now we’ve shifted to Paris. While Hugo Boss saw a drastic increase in sales, Bulgari unveiled a limited-edition piece for the Indian market and Koenigsegg unveiled a car with 18k gold accents. Louis Vuitton kickstarts Paris Fashion Week FW’24 

Pharrell brought to the runway Louis Vuitton’s FW’24 collection. The collection brought the spirit of the American West to Paris Louis Vuitton set its FW24 presentation against a desert backdrop, which offered a mix of hot and chilly sceneries. As expected from the musician-designer, another excellent soundtrack accompanied the show, including live sounds by indigenous performers.⁠ On the runway, Louis Vuitton FW24 Damier denim suits, pixelated cow prints, red checkered ‘fits, floral embroidered sets, heavily embellished outerwear, LV cowboy hats, ostrich leather boots, cowboy boots, and lots and lots of fringes.⁠

Bulgari introduces the B.zero1 Kada Bracelet for India

There is some exciting luxury news for the Indian market. Bulgari -, the Magnificent Roman High Jeweler known for its timeless designs, pays tribute to the Kada, the traditional Indian bangle, with the B.zero1 Kada Bracelet, a Limited Edition Piece Crafted Exclusively for India. This exclusive-to-India creation is crafted in dazzling yellow gold and is an ode to India’s long-standing cultural affinity. Inspired by the kada,  Jean-Christophe Babin, Bulgari CEO, said, “With this important launch we wish to honour the Kada, recognizing its eternal meaning deeply rooted in Indian culture. The B.zero1 Kada bracelet is a jewel that embodies contemporary design and tradition at the same time, maintaining the consistency of the past reinterpreted in a contemporary form and with the same spirit of India, of yesterday and today. ”
The India-exclusive B.zero1 Kada Bracelet is available at Bulgari’s flagship boutiques at DLF Emporio, New Delhi, and Jio World Plaza, Mumbai.

When it comes to luxury news for the week, it seems like there is some good news for Hugo Boss. The brands’ turnaround efforts are paying off with non-audited sales for the year coming in at 4.2 billion euros, up 15 per cent.  “We ended 2023 on a high note, making it a record year for Hugo Boss,” said Chief Executive Officer Daniel Grieder. He said that double-digit improvements in both sales and profits in the fourth quarter “are all the more remarkable considering the current challenging global market environment.”⁠

Luxury cars got a whole new meaning this year with Koenigsegg’s Jesko Attack in 24-karat  gold accents, adding a touch of elegance to its muscular frame. This beauty, powered by a monstrous twin-turbo V-8, boasts up to 1,600 horsepower with ethanol fuel.⁠ Adorned with Koenigsegg’s signature touch of 24-carat gold leaf accents and meticulously crafted clear carbon bodywork, this surely had to make it to the luxury news wrap for the week.

Capturing the dragon spirit, Tag Heuer has unveiled a limited-edition duo of Carrera Chronograph Year of the Dragon⁣ timepieces. The iconic timepiece pays homage to success with a discreet yet significant dragon emblem at 6 o’clock and a customized case back featuring a printed Chinese Dragon around the sapphire glass.⁣ This timepiece is available in vibrant steel and an 18K 5N pink gold-plated version.⁣⁠ The steel version boasts a sunray-brushed silver dial, with the rose gold variation sporting a sunray-brushed 18K rose gold-plated dial instead. ⁠
