The Secret Island is a hidden oasis located on its own private island. Rosewood Mayakoba’s La Isla Secreta is an adults-only speakeasy, surrounded by crystalline lagoons and lush mangroves. Aptly named for its mystical atmosphere and secret location, this exclusive new lounge is only accessible by boat and offers guests a retreat within a retreat, enlivened by soft music, luxurious bohemian furnishings and a select menu of craft cocktails and rare Mexican liqueurs.
To make a reservation, guests can reach out to the concierge department or directly with their assigned butler. Upon confirmation, a boat will arrive outside your suite’s dock and take you to the undisclosed location. Boasting a typical Mexican bohemian vibe, the bar has pouffes for seating along with an earthy colour palette, soft lighting and an elegant ambience. The design seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces that celebrate the villa’s natural environment and premier beachfront locale.
