Sabyasachi brings Bengal to New York Fashion Week

Sabyasachi Mukherjee returned to New York Fashion Week after 18 years with Bengal Byzantine Broadway, his Spring/Summer 2027 collection presented at Spring Studios on September 15, 2026. The 72 look show reimagined American workwear through an Indian lens, pairing denim, plaid and cowboy hats with Bengal craftsmanship, embroidery and rich textiles. Christy Turlington opened the runway in denim and The Met,  Sabyasachi jewellery, while Avanti Nagrath closed in a black saree and tiger belt. The show also debuted Sabyasachi’s new high jewellery collaboration with The Metropolitan Museum of Art, inspired by Byzantine, Roman, Islamic and Indian antiquities.

Campari Group brings Espolòn Tequila to India

Tequila gets a distinctly Mexican introduction to India as Campari Group brings Espolòn to the country, adding Blanco, Reposado and Añejo to its portfolio. Made from Blue Weber Agave in the Highlands of Jalisco, Espolòn arrives with a visual identity as expressive as its liquid, drawing from the work of Mexican artist José Guadalupe Posada and the brand’s signature rooster, Ramón. There is even a little theatre behind the bottle: the brand continues a tradition of playing classical music to the yeast during fermentation, a practice introduced by founder and Maestro Tequilero Cirilo Oropeza. Now available across Mumbai, Goa, Delhi NCR and Bengaluru, the three expressions bring together Mexican heritage, craft and a contemporary approach to premium tequila.

Cartier has announced Scottish actress Tilda Swinton as its latest ambassador, introducing the collaboration through a creative project dedicated to the Maison’s wild fauna creations.
