Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Murcian Lemon Gin
One of the world’s leading premium gin brands, Bombay Sapphire introduced a new super-premium Premier Cru Murcian Lemon gin paying homage to Spain’s Murcia region and its exceptional citrus. Produced at Bombay Sapphire’s Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire, this London Dry Gin undergoes a precise Vapor Infusion process, ensuring consistent quality year after year for this fruit-driven and flamboyant creation. It features a well-balanced, bittersweet profile, incorporating sweet Navel oranges, mandarins, and Murcian Fino lemons that is perfect for almost any special event.
Chandon Aurva
A brand-new addition to Chandon India’s lineup, Chandon Aurva is an exceptional red wine crafted using 100 per cent locally sourced, hand harvested Shiraz grapes. The name Aurva comes from Sanskrit meaning of the earth and is a tribute to the legendary terroir of Nashik also known as the wine capital of India. The wine is aged for ten months in French oak barrels which gives Aurva a symphony of flavours including clove, cherry, blueberry, and plum. Created to complement the Indian palate, the wine pairs remarkably well with grilled and barbecued meats, rich flavoured curries, roasted vegetables and cheese.
Himmaleh Spirits Kumaon & I
An all-natural Himalayan dry gin, Kumaon & I was introduced by Himmaleh Spirits, a family-owned distillery in Uttarakhand. Made entirely of Himalayan botanicals the gin is presumed to be India’s first provincial dry gin. The gin uses fresh Himalayan spring water along with a special blend of eleven local botanicals that are distilled for about nine hours to extract as much flavour which gives the spirit a distinctive texture. The gin has a fruity blend of citrus fruits along with distinctive spice notes including black turmeric, Timur, coriander seeds and galgal along with other fresh herbs which provide a long, medium-dry finish.
Stranger & Sons Sherry Cask Aged Gin
Goa-based Stranger & Sons introduced their latest creation – a limited-edition Sherry Cask Aged Gin. Aged for over a year in ex-Amontillado and Oloroso sherry casks, the gin merges contemporary distillation with the virtue of patience boasting a robust flavour profile with wild honey and cascara. The unique essence of cascara derived from coffee cherry husks is elevated by the sweet, wild undertones of honey creating a distinctive expression that marries woody, spicy, and sweet notes in a celebration of craftsmanship and innovation.
The Macallan introduced The Macallan Colour Collection, a new range of exceptional age statement whiskies in collaboration with American artist David Carson who masterfully crafted the packaging and advertising artwork for collection. Each artwork serves as a unique visual representation, capturing the distinct qualities of The Macallan, from evoking tasting notes to embodying the warm hues of the Sherry region. The whisky’s vivid colours are a result of its interaction with oak wood, while the sherry seasoning enhances its signature quality, aroma, and depth. This partnership and artistic expression underscore the profound connection between the whisky, wood, and sherry-seasoned casks.
Vale Of Paradise, Samsara
The local gin brand Samsara’s latest addition, Vale of Paradise hails from the New World Experiment series and pays tribute to the heavenly Kashmir Valley. The gin is crafted with eleven trademark botanicals including Himalayan juniper berries, hemp seeds, and vetiver grass, capturing the region’s rich terroir and cultural diversity. After the initial distillation, saffron ribbons and native Kashmiri kahwa are introduced for an extra layer of flavour. Vale of Paradise is a nod to the pristine beauty of Kashmir offering a blend of tradition and innovation whilst showcasing the brand’s commitment to quality and regional authenticity in the world of spirits.
