Michael Kors is creating history with its first-ever collaboration with James Bond 007 film franchise. The American luxury label recently announced its limited-edition capsule of three handbags, which will also be featured in the latest Bond movie No Time To Die. Slated to release on April 2, this 25th installment stars the gallant Daniel Craig as the super spy alongsideL Lynch, Naomi Harris and Rami Malek.
Designed by Michael Kors, the three bags exude luxury, sophistication and high-society glamour in tandem with the legacy of the James Bond films. The latest chapter No Time To Die captures the exotic locations of the Caribbean island nation Jamaica, London, Italy and Norway. A prominent character Moneypenny, played by Naomie Harris, will be seen sporting the elegant Bond Bancroft satchel throughout her presence on screen.
The structured brown satchel is made in soft calf leather with defined tailoring and spacious interior. To mark its exclusivity, a glistening MKC x 007 plaque is also engraved on the Boncraft. The Caryall and duffel feature MKC x 007 leather luggage tag to travel in jet-set style everywhere.
Designer Michael Kors says, “Jet set glamour, sophistication, speed, energy—these are all the words that come to mind when you think about the world of James Bond.” He adds, “They’re also at the core of our brand DNA. This collaboration was really the perfect union of fashion and film.”
The partnership was officially revealed at a star-studded party in Milan during Milan Fashion Week. The MKC x 007 Bond capsule range is designed in Italy, and includes the Bond Bancroft satchel, Bond Caryall and Bond Duffel bag.
This exclusive collaboration MKC x 007 Bond will be available in select Michael Kors stores worldwide and online on Michaelkors.com and Bond franchise’s official 007store.com from March 24.
