Curated with white spirits like vodka and gin and the cocktails appeal to a more easy-going palette. Try the Mango Callin’ gin-based cocktail with fresh mango, mint, sweet and sour syrup, and mango tonic; or opt for the Summer Spritzer thirst quencher cocktail with cucumber, basil, apple juice, gin and tonic. Giving summer cocktails a unique twist, the drinks are infused with unique blends of tea with a burst of flavour. Some of the cocktail choices include The Blue Peas Smash, which is a delightful mix of gin, blue pea green tea, fresh lime juice, honey syrup and soda. Rum lovers can enjoy the light and refreshing Chamomile Mint Collins made with white rum, fresh mint, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and chamomile tea. Giving a twist to the classic martini, the Spice Tea Martini at Shiro blends vodka, apple juice, spice mix, orange peel and masala chai tea. Named after the fruit of the season, the Clock Work Mango combines gin, homemade rose syrup, fresh lime, simple syrup and mango mint tea. So are you ready for a little bit of fun?

Step into summer with Mamagoto’s exclusive cocktail menu, Bangkok Nights inspired by the Flavors and aesthetics of Thailand. The restaurant has picked unique and refreshing cocktails from simple to bizarre combinations and a twist in some classics. Expect summer cocktails with Thai herbs and tropical fruits. The cocktails on the menu range from strong drinks with dark notes like the Black Cap Bird inspired by a coastal forest bird to sweet with fruity notes like the Bangkok Red Eye which is a refreshing drink with a coastal touch, and is a combination of Vodka, Coconut Milk, Coconut Water, Guava, Chilli Syrup, Lime Juice and Sparkling water. Mixing two completely different notes floral and smoky is The Rabbit which is a combination of Whisky, Hibiscus Tea, Lime Juice, Sugarcane Juice, Ginger Syrup, Bitters, Kaffir Lime Leaves, and Nutmeg Powder. An excellent combination of tangy and tart is the Tuk-Tuk Rush which is made with Gin, Cherry, Basil Leaf, Lime Juice and Sugar Syrup. And the list goes on…  With a variety of drinks to choose from, the chef’s recommendation is the Thai Twist Margarita, which is a classic drink with a Thai twist, a combination of Tequila, Orange Liqueur, Lime juice, Basil Leaves and Cucumber.
