This California bridge isn’t actually gold but definitely a masterpiece. One of the most beautiful bridges around the world ought to have San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge as part of the list. Being an instantly recognizable structure, the iconic red colour bridge was completed in 1937. Conceived by architect Irving Morrow, the Art Deco-designed building is often included in lists of modern wonders of the world it once held the record for the longest and tallest suspension bridge on the globe.

One of the most famous bridges in France, this famous bridge in Paris is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful bridges around the world. The prettiest feature of this bridge is the gilded, iron, and stone statues of nymphs, pegasus, lions, and cherubs which add a royal look to the bridge. But the best part of this bridge is its significant location, close to Champs-Élysées and near the tomb of Napoleon. To best enjoy the beauty stroll on the bridge on a bright sunny summer day.

More than just a bridge, this recent bridge developed in Norway is futuristic and artsy at first glance. Completed in 2019, Bjarke Ingels Group’s made three structures in one. Part museum, part bridge, and part sculpture, the nearly 11,000 square-foot art installation primarily acts as a bridge, connecting two forested riverbanks, while also completing the route through Kistefos, northern Europe’s largest sculpture park. Perch over a lake with lush green surroundings, this will one of be the most beautiful bridges around the world for those who love nature. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows line one end of the bridge, giving those using the bridge a panoramic view of the river.

This town built on water with canals running through the city undoubtedly has numerous bridges. Venice is a city full of bridges, but the Rialto Bridge is the oldest structure crossing the Grand Canal. Built-in the 16th century, the Rialto Bridge is the oldest bridge across the canal and is renowned as an architectural and engineering achievement of the Renaissance. It was designed and built by Antonio da Ponte and his nephew, Antonio Contino, following a design competition in the city, making this a true marvel.

The true idea of beautiful bridges around the world is encapsulated in Isfahan’s historical structure The Khaju Bridge. Built over the largest river of Zayanderud, this massive structure serves as both a bridge and a dam. The bridge has 23 beautiful arches that are decorated with paintings and tile work, making it a true cornerstone of Iranian art and architecture. It’s about 430 feet long and nearly 40 feet wide and is a beautiful testimony to traditional Persian architecture.

More than being a pure architecture piece, Golden Bridge has been asserting itself as a new symbol of Da Nang’s tourism since its opening in June 2018. This striking bridge is one of the most photographed spots in Da Nang, located within Ba Na Hills. This 500-foot-long golden bridge appears to be cradled by two oversized hands, which adds to the majestic appeal of the design of the bridge. In Hills near Da Nang, this creative pedestrian bridge connects the cable car station with the gardens below. Strolling around the Golden Bridge is like walking on the clouds across the hands of the God of Mountain.

This ancient bridge, which crosses the Vltava River in Prague, was originally called Stone Bridge since it was the only one made of stones at the time. Perhaps what makes this one of the most beautiful bridges around the world is the 30 baroque-style statues that decorate its balustrade. However, the history is impressive; it was built to resist the flood of the Vltava River. To truly witness its beauty, one must walk across the Charles Bridge from the Lesser Town area into the Old Town.

This bridge may not be as ancient as others on the list, but it’s certainly a breathtaking sight at Marina Bay in Singapore. The pedestrian bridge opened in 2010 and was greatly inspired by the double-helix model of human DNA. In addition to its stunning, colourful lights, the bridge is built with canopies to provide shade and shelter. Spanning the Singapore River from the city’s central business district and bayfront area, the 280-metre-long twisting bridge allows pedestrians to walk its curved deck from one side of the river to the other.

One of London’s most iconic sights is Tower Bridge a regal-looking bridge that was built over 125 years ago. Being one of the most beautiful bridges around the world, its castle-like castle-like edifice is both a bascule (moving, pivoting) and suspension bridge. Since it’s such a well-known façade attracts many tourists with its bustling nightlife and restaurants around. The top of the bridge has a glass floor that allows visitors to enjoy one of the best views in London.

If we’ve been to Australia, you know that the vibe at Harbour Bridge is delightful. From fresh seafood restaurants which overlook the stunning view of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House illumination at night, The Sydney Harbour Bridge is one of the most recognizable sights in the world. Originally opening in 1932, it’s still the world’s tallest steel arch bridge, measuring 439 feet from its highest point to the water below. But the view that is definitely worth it is that the Bridge offers a spectacular view of the Sydney Opera.
