Since our favourite German designer Karl Lagerfeld gave it an iconic new name the ‘little black dress’ back in the 60s at Chanel and because Vogue labelled it as ‘a sort of uniform for all women of taste’ in the 20s, it has been a must-have in every woman’s wardrobe.
