Love being on top of the world? Then Central Park Tower’s dazzling NYC condo is perfect for you. The Central Park Tower, built in 2019, was recorded as the world’s tallest building, sitting at a giddying height of 1,550 feet. And now, the tower has once again broken all records with its new three-storey penthouse which has been listed for a whopping USD 250 million, becoming the most expensive home in the US.

Spanning floors 129 through 131, the triplex is spread across 17,545 square feet of interior living space. This is divided into a number of different rooms including seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and two spacious kitchens along with 30-foot tall ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and three powder rooms. A sculptural spiral staircase in the home connects all three floors.
Thanks to the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, owners of this luxury home will have sweeping views of Central Park, and the Hudson and East Rivers which can be enjoyed from their private 1,433 square-foot terrace, overlooking the city skyline.
In addition to the many home rooms, the condo also includes a ballroom, observatory, library, and media room. These along with the serving kitchen are located on the first floor of the penthouse, while the bedrooms and recreation rooms are located on the second. The primary bedroom is also on the second floor and includes a sitting room, two dressing rooms and an en-suite bathroom.

Owners can also indulge in shared amenities like a communal garden, communal lounge area, cinema, outdoor pool and a private club designed by Lauren Rottet of Rottet Studios on the 100th floor.
