To kickstart its anniversary celebrations, it’s inviting guests on a nostalgic journey back to where it all began, offering a special tasting menu curated by Head Chef Shantanu Mehrotra, that revives the beloved dishes from its inaugural lineup. This flashback tasting session begins with a playful twist on classics—whole meal and semolina puchkas served with three distinct flavored waters, followed by the crowd-favorite paneer tikka chaat and the inventive khakra mille feuille with shimla mirch mayo. Non-vegetarians can savor the chicken tikka chaat, along with other delectable starters like panko-crusted bharwan mirch stuffed with goat cheese mousse and chili aam papad chutney, and smoked duck shaami served with crispy seviyan and barberry chutney.
