For Valentine’s Day, Cartier has announced its campaign ‘how far would you go for love?’ This project was launched a decade ago, in 2010, by Cartier, to celebrate the everlasting idea of falling in love.
A still from the campaign video
The latest campaign video, created by French director Cédric Klapisch, captures the ups and downs among couples on a road trip. The intimacy of the car bears witness to all the emotions, but eventually, the bond remains just as strong and intense. Klapisch is the fourth filmmaker appointed by the brand to film this campaign. Previous filmmakers to have worked on this campaign were Olivier Dahan, Luca Guadagnino and Sean Ellis.
Trinity ring by Cartier
Founded in 1847 by Louis-François Cartier, Cartier is a French luxury goods conglomerate, which was under family control until 1964, after which it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Swiss Richemont Group. Coincidentally, the company is headquartered in Paris, the city of love.
