Smoke House Pizzeria, DLF Avenue
Being a hard-core pizza lover, I’m always on a lookout for the best pizzerias in the city. And this quest recently ended when I got to try a variety of this Italian delicacy, served at the capital’s newest addition to the list of pizzerias- Smoke House Pizzeria, launched by the cult-favourite eatery, Smoke House Deli. As you step inside, the delightful scent of freshly baked pizzas fills the air, setting the stage for a one-of-its-kind culinary adventure. A standout on their menu is the Panuzzo— the love child of pizza and sandwich. From taste to presentation, each dish demands undivided attention. One can explore the Neo-Neapolitan category with tempting options like Burrata Chilli Jam, Siciliana, Peri Peri Chicken, and the mouthwatering Panuzzos. However, the crowd-favorite is undoubtedly, their Boozy Shakes, which highlight several unheard flavour combinations, like Gin and Mango Cheesecake, Dirty Banana, Chickoo Chocolate Vodka, Salted Caramel Whisky, and more, meticulously crafted to leave one craving for more.
Ledor World, MG Road
Having captivated dessert enthusiasts with their irresistible chocolate creations, Ledor World, the renowned Belgian chocolate boutique, has recently unveiled its highly anticipated specialty café, showcasing culinary finesse through a diverse array of offerings. From classic Viennoiserie delights, including a variety of croissants, to a selection of sourdoughs, loaves, and baguettes, the menu promises a delightful experience. The savory options are equally enticing, featuring Spinach & Cream Cheese Puff, Curried Chicken Puff, and Upside-Down Tartlets. As the sunshine hits your face through their windows, the aesthetically pleasing decor makes Ledor the most apt hang out spot, offering indulgent confections from the Gateaux de Voyage menu, such as Brown Butter & Madagascar Vanilla, Carrot Cake, and the irresistible Chocolate Rocher.
