Offering a celebratory brunch experience, Hakkasan presents an Easter special Hakka Brunch. A 6-course menu, the brunch is accompanied BY specials like crispy duck salad, stir-fry pak choi with burnt garlic, four style vegetables in szechuan sauce, edamame and egg fried rice and hakka hand pulled noodles, paired alongside free-flowing Monkey 47 gin cocktails. And because no meal is ever complete without dessert, Hakkasan has curated a very special festive dessert called The Golden Feather. A caramelized white chocolate egg with a rich and creamy ginger panna cotta and Mandarin orange filling that resembles an egg yolk that rests in an edible nest.
