Fendi’s latest drop, the FF Vertigo capsule is a summer anthem in the form of colourful, dressy ready-to-wear pieces and accessories. Silvia Venturini Fendi, Artistic Director for Menswear and Accessories, collaborated with New York-based visual artist Sarah Coleman to bring this exciting collection to life.
The artist has reimagined the iconic FF motif into a 70s inspired logo that is twisted and turned like it’s being pulled onto a magnetic field on its own.

The entire summer collection is in equal parts classy and psychedelic and has designs for women, men and kids. Inspired by a sense of adventure laced with fashion, the pieces include chic bodysuits and draped tops, multi-pocket skirts, cargo pants, and transformable jackets with a military-style silhouette. There are also one-piece swimsuits, bikinis and sporty windbreakers that are paired with athleisure sets.

For men, functional, dapper silhouettes are combined with playful designs. From tees, bowling shirts and bermuda pants to fisherman vests, raincoats, summer suits and baggy pants, these garments have been treated with lightweight fabrics of jacquard and organza.

For fashion-forward kids, mini nylon outfits, organza draped frocks, tops as well as adorable beachwear finds space in this capsule. Throughout, the eye-catching FF Vertigo motif appears on womenswear to kidswear in bright colour schemes of azure blue, sunshine yellow, white, olive green and brown.
Beyond the RTW pieces, there is a wholesome offering of Fendi’s coveted handbags, technical backpacks, sneakers, trekking sandals, watches and limited-edition camping tents and skateboards.
Dubbed the Forever Fendi timepieces, the 29mm and 39mm watches feature the mind-boggling ‘Fisheye’ wave patterns on the dial and an overall metallic finish.

The indulgent line-up of handbags brings out some of the most timeless, vintage pieces from Fendi’s past fashion collections. The iconic Peekaboo ISeeU bags have been revived with glow-in-the-dark, 3D FF fisheye motifs. Whereas Fendi’s signature Baguette bag that every fashionista in the 90s sported is reintroduced as Baguette 1997, splashed with sequins and floral embroidery on a luxurious satin base.

Fendi also partnered with Polaroid to create a one-of-its-kind Vintage Polaroid OneStep Close-Up 600 instant camera, that originally launched in 1981, and revived it with the quirky, new FF Vertigo motif.

FF Vertigo summer capsule is now available in Fendi Boutiques worldwide and on fendi.com.
