This summer, Fendi takes the fashion conversation a level up with its Spring/Summer 2020 advertising campaign. The Italian luxury fashion house, which gained prominence for its elegant handbags and its fur creations, is prepping up for the blooming new season with a series of eclectic ensembles in quirky prints and colours.

For its latest campaign, Creative Director Silvia Venturini Fendi joined hands with renowned British photographer Nick Knight, who has also shot campaigns for luxury brands like Alexander McQueen, Christian Dior and Louis Vuitton. For Fendi’s Spring/Summer 2020 edit, he captures the stunning, playful details of the outfits and accessories against a pastel hued backdrop which redefines colour play in the most captivating manner.

With a striking fusion of modern and retro, in highlight is the technicolour trend which surfaces in every shot. Fendi introduces prints like peppy florals and maxi checks alongside shimmery surfaces and intricate textures. Iconic accessories like Fendi baguette, Peekaboo and Roma tote in bright shades of green, mustard and pink not only enhance the summery energy of the outfits, but, improve the campaign visuals as well.

The brand new collection is all about soft quilted dresses, separates and outer wear. There is also a range of skirt-suit coordinates and ultra-light summer fur coats which are equally worthy of being a part of the new season’s wardrobe. The silhouettes are visibly free-flowing and comfortable, yet chic and contemporary.
