You can rent the Iron Man Villa in Cape Town for $20,000 a night

If you’re an Avengers or an Iron Man fan, then you must remember the iconic and very flashy Malibu house that belonged to Tony Stark. Well, there’s good news, you don’t just have to watch the movie for context, you can experience it in South Africa.

Calling all Avengers fans, you can now experience a night in the Iron Man Villa located on the coast of Cape Town. Stay at  Stark’s breathtaking cliff home which is set high above the cityscape. The Iron Man home enjoys dramatic unobstructed, panoramic views of Clifton’s beaches, The 12 Apostles Mountain range, and the Atlantic Ocean.  Local architecture firm Peerutin Karol has described the building as a “futuristic architectural masterpiece and is a homage to works of American Architects”.  It is an architectural masterpiece designed by Peerutin and inspired by the works of American architect John Launtner. 

What makes the Iron Man Villa more special is that every item in this home has been meticulously selected from around the world. And the home is a classic example of innovative modern contemporary design at the highest level with minimal décor and accessories. 

The villa is located on Clifton’s Nettleton Ridge, one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Cape Town (and even the globe). It delivers the ultimate luxury experience, ideal for opulent occasions, private family reunions, or even works as a tranquil haven. The home is split over 4 levels offering a main living area, spa, entertainment theatre, the left-wing, entertainment pavilion & the Pods. Two lifts and a glass-floored passage link the different areas. This luxury Iron Man Clifton Villa sleeps 12 people in six bedrooms.  

Additionally, the Iron Man Villa has a large open plan spacious living area, a spacious lounge with a long couch, and a surround sound entertainment system. Have your Iron Man moment with a world-class Sound System allowing DJs to easily connect and play!

The master bedroom is the epitome of a presidential suite in a 5-star hotel with a large walk-in dressing room, fireplace, and a bathroom with ocean views. To keep guests entertained there is also a theatre and a private bar with a patio overlooking the ocean.  Finally, guests can unwind and relax at the Spa which has an indoor heated swimming pool, steam and sauna, and Jacuzzi with a view of the ocean. The villa also has a private and secure parking lot for 8 cars, and a fully equipped gym.
