You Make ‘Miso’ Happy Chikki Disc, a miso and black and white sesame seed chikki covered in a blanket of dark chocolate as part of this edit. Also on the menu are strawberry and rose barks sprinkled with freeze dried strawberries and rose petals. The Ultimate Valentine’s Mithai, an assorted box of nine mithais contains hazelnut coffee patisa squares with layers of patisa and hazelnut-coffee praline coated in 54% dark chocolate, a strawberries & cream peda and popcorn caramel truffle pop.

For their Valentine’s Day edit, Brownsalt is introducing a limited edition ‘Rouge’ entremet. Founders of Chez Oi, Chef Oishi and Chef Dhanesh’s have based their Valentine’s Day offerings on their personal February 14 experience. On their first Valentine’s Day seven years ago, Chef Dhanesh picked several desserts placing them in a box with tea lights and a message saying, “You light up my world.” To recreate this adorable moment, Chez Oi has introduced their Illuminating Hamper with two macarons, lemon tart, an Opera cake, All I Want cake, a chocolate cake with popcorn and pretzels, perfecto for movie night.

Chef Pratik and Chef Pierre Storti of Cou Cou, housed at Jio World Drive in BKC present a menu of Valentine’s Day delights like Ispahan a rose, raspberry and lychee flavoured cake, and the Heart of Gold, chocolate mousse dessert encased in a chocolate shell. Chocolate Valentine sourdough and a Valentine’s Heart Brioche and a classic Danish pastry with red berries are part of the baked good menu. Share a Love bar, filled with ganache, shaped like ‘Love,’ and chocolate-dipped strawberries with your loved ones.

Ether Atelier
Chef Prateek Bakhtiani takes inspiration from French artist Claude Monet’s Waterlilies for my Valentine painting for this special collection. Three bars of chocolate, named Amour no. 1, 2, 3, are infused with unique flavours. The first is a 70% Peruvian dark chocolate, with Darjeeling black tea and rose lokum. The second tablet of chocolate has an intense berry, Damascus rose and salted pistachio flavour, and no.3 is made with 70% Peruvian dark chocolate with caramelized cocoa nibs and lavender. Another limited-edition offering is a cake inspired by rose, called Rose Dominicana covered in a bright red glaze, made of Dominican chocolate, caramel and sea salt, available only for Mumbai deliveries.
