PCO’s New Bubble Brunch

PCO is a modern speakeasy garden, hidden away in the bustling neighbourhood of Lower Parel. They have launched a new Sunday Special – BUBBLE BRUNCH that brings indulgence and celebration to make the perfect relaxed afternoon even better with the refreshing effervescence of bubbles. The new menu curated by the Head Chef of PCO – Edjose Fernandes, is a curation of international breakfast favourites and continental delicacies, all sourced locally. PCO is bringing back the trend of exquisitely presented and heavily garnished small plates that are visually appealing and perfect for Instagram. Their menu features a variety of signature egg preparations, such as Croque Madame, Birds in a Basket, Monsieur Fungi, and more, as well as delicacies such as Belgian Pork Belly Skewers, Dynamite Water Chestnut, Bacon Wrapped Prawn, and many others. Their head mixologist, Vishal Tawde, has concocted a special new cocktail menu that features refreshing, easy-to-drink summer special editions. It includes cocktails such as Negroni, Sbagliato, Berry, Peach Sangrias, and more, in their bottomless brunch. The secret speakeasy garden, and open-air atmosphere, with feel-good, toe-tapping tunes create a welcoming ambiance that allows you to celebrate in a whole new way.

Brunch away at KMC*

Nestled in the heritage building of Kitab Mahal, KMC* envisions being free of labels and boundaries. The menu unfolds and adapts itself to the concept of the space and is driven by moods, seasons, and ingredients to offer constantly evolving comfort food & innovative cocktails. The brunch menu will be dynamically curated every Sunday to feature some of KMC*crowd’s favourite dishes. Patrons can bite into Seed Crisps with Avocado and Chawali, a dish that comes with crispy, thin crackers topped with flaxseed and sesame seeds made inhouse, paired with Hummus made out of Chawli with a dollop of roasted veggie Guacamole and drizzled with some smoked walnut oil for an earthy flavour. For a sweet ending, you can indulge in the comfort of a Chocolate Chip Cookie with Icecream, a heavenly goodness of crispy and warm cookie straight out of the oven paired with vanilla ice cream. Coffee lovers can spoil themselves with Coffee Tres Leches with Mascarpone.
