Dr. Bill, the Director of Whisky Creation, was inspired by Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee to craft Signet—a whisky with rich mocha and espresso flavours. Distilled annually in towering stills and aged in a mix of Bourbon, Sherry, and charred oak casks, Signet offers a smooth blend of dark chocolate, spice, and butterscotch. Its aroma blends coffee, cinnamon, and dark chocolate with hints of tiramisu and orange peel, while the espresso-like intensity imbues it with the essence of an Italian coffee bar. The finish lingers with mocha, cappuccino, amaretto, and chocolate-covered raisins.
