Pendulo is a fine-dining room with 50 seats, located in the historic Mehrauli at Ambawatta One. Helmed by co-helmed by Chef Megha Kohli and Chef Noah Louis Barnes, the restaurant presents a 12-course collaborative tasting menu that marries Indian and Mexican cuisines in a flavorful conversation. As its Spanish name suggests, Pendulo, or Pendulum, represents a rhythmic balance, layering contrasts and commonalities with dishes like Charred Elotes, a Torched Tuna Shorba Agua Chile, and Mojo de Ajo Lobster.

The bar, led by Fay Baretto, mirrors this culinary ethos with a kitchen-forward cocktail program. Drinks such as the Leche Negra, a mezcal-based drink with coffee and caramel, and the Rasam Revival, a spiced highball, complement the menu. The interiors echo this balance as well, combining limestone and aged copper with soft bungalow textures and striking agave motifs. For the chefs, the food is not about stylised plates but about crafting emotional dishes rooted in memory with intention.
