Sequel has introduced two fancy DIY meal kits for a romantic date night and a nutritious family breakfast. The latter includes overnight soaked chia bowl in coconut milk with almonds, sunflower seeds, topped with peanut butter and raspberry compote; Lacro Fermented vanilla coconut yoghurt bowl, topped with blueberry compote, Kashmiri forest honey and Buckwheat and Rice Sourdough bread with pesto, avocado, microgreens, poached/boiled egg, sea salt blended with aji Limon peppers, and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. It is basically a 3-day meal plan for two or can be consumed as a feast by a large family as well. The ingredients come in a jar, accompanied by detailed instructions.
Chef Pooja Dhingra’s brainchild, Le15 gives you the chance to bake your favourite Le15 goodies at home with two exotic cake mix kits. You can choose from Vanilla Granola Breakfast cake and Chocolate Hazelnut Comfort cake. The kits contain the cake mix, Le15 classic ingredient (depending on the kit selected), mould and a recipe card signed by Chef Pooja. First 50 orders will get a chance to bake along with Chef Pooja on September 27. The last date to pre-order is September 17.
