The British Fashion Council has appointed Priyanka Chopra as its new ambassador for Positive Change. The 38-year-old actress, film producer and singer will be raising awareness and promoting best practices within the fashion industry. On Monday, she wrote to her 58 million followers on Instagram, “I am honored to be the British Fashion Council’s Ambassador for Positive Change while I’m living and working in London over the next year.”
The BFC, in a press release, revealed that Priyanka will be actively involved in various events, including London Fashion Week and The Fashion Awards over a twelve month period, until December 2021.
