Mumbai’s beloved Italian restaurant, CinCin celebrated their five-year anniversary in style with the launch of their very own Limon Spritz sparkling wine. A zesty sparkling wine, Limon Spritz is a product of The Fratelli vineyards, one of the largest vineyards in India. Made using the finest lemons, this fresh and zesty wine is prepared in their state of the art, ultra-modern winery facility which houses special bottling and labelling lines from gai in Italy. The resulting flavour is a zesty and refreshing sparkling wine with notes of key lime, pink grapefruit zest and lemon peel with fresh green apples, ripe pineapples along with a bright acidity and silky fine bubbles. A light beverage that is also perfect for a 5pm drink, Limon Spritz is the perfect pairing for some gourmet Italian signatures available solely at CinCin.
