When it comes to this week’s luxury news wrap, Apple’s Vision Pro is the talk of talk. The brand officially announced that the Apple Vision Pro available in the US on February 2. Apple’s Vision Pro is a “spatial computing” device focused on augmented reality. Vision Pro allows users to immerse themselves in different environments while also having the ability to enhance their physical space with Vision Pro. The Apple Vision Pro will start at US$3499 and pre-orders will begin January 19.

Next in this week’s luxury new wrap is the luxury watchmaker Rolex’s new version of the Oyster Perpetual Day-Date 36. The timepiece pays tribute to music, specifically the Vienna Philharmonic which the luxury brand has partnered with since 2008 and is a limited edition piece. Highlighting the brand’s artisanal process, it comes with a hand-scored illustration that graces the timepiece’s face. The hand-crafted dial represents a violin and its volute.

Louis Vuitton is turning dreams into reality with its foray into hospitality! The iconic luxury brand is now unveiling plans for its very own hotel at the LV Hotel at 103 Champs Elysees in Paris. The brand plans to transform its current corporate headquarters in Paris into a hotel and the LV Hotel will debut at 103 Champs Elysees in 2026. It is said that the hotel will be designed to resemble a giant Louis Vuitton briefcase adorned with buckles.
LVMH gets a new CEO for watches

Frédéric Arnault has been named the new CEO of the Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH) watch division overseeing Hublot, TAG Heuer and Zenith. Arnault is the second youngest son of the French luxury conglomerate’s owner, Bernard Arnault, and has been CEO and chairman of TAG Heuer for the past three years.
Tiger Woods leaves Nike at 27-year partnership

In some interesting sports news, Tiger Woods and Nike have put an end to their longtime partnership after 27 years. The iconic commercial partnership included 15 major championship victories and 82 PGA Tour wins. : Over 27 years ago, I was fortunate to start a partnership with one of the most iconic brands in the world,” Woods said in a statement. Woods signed his most recent deal with Nike, worth $200 million, in 2013.
